This page is a placeholder. The IQx Token Factory privacy policy is
edited live at /admin/cms → Pages → privacy. Customers are
expected to find the current policy at this URL.
Data we process
- Account data (email, name) — to operate the service.
- Per-request usage data — to meter and bill.
- Billing data — Stripe references only; no card numbers on our servers.
Sub-processors
See /subprocessors for the current list. Stripe and our upstream
LLM providers are the material sub-processors.
Rights
Customers in the EU/UK have the right to access, correct, and
erase their data. Erasure is self-serve via an admin request; the
gateway runs the erasure transactionally (see erase_customer() in
008_helpers.sql).
